Instructions

When you first receive the bottle, wash all components with warm water & a dash of soap to make sure it is clean & safe to use (Hand wash components, glass bottle is dishwasher safe)
- You may cleanse the water bottle & space around you with our White Sage Wand before meditating to clear any negative energies

Next, fill the bottle with water (Tip: purified water works best!)
- Sit in a quiet place & relax

Pick an intention for your crystal

Focus on that intention while holding it in your hands & charge your crystal water bottle by meditating with it
- Your energy will be transferred into the crystal, & the crystal will transfer it into the water
- As you drink the water, remember your intention & that energy that you put into it & watch your life transform!
